Cant re arrange titles in correct order

I am building a dvd after editing out numerous commercials .I have 6 titles but in backup the 2nd title always ends up as an Extra
After creating an Iso .Could someone advise please where I am going wrong

The separate titles have to be re-arranged into one title with new IFO files.

Weird, if you do a simply re-author the files will playback in that order seen in the left panel.

Thanks guys though I never normally have to mess with Ifos so not an option and what I have found is that though the 2nd file is shown as an extra it plays in the correct order
