Have been reading all about this being a "scam", well if it is a scam, how do you know if it is or it isn't a scam? And if it is a scam, then how would one go about getting a refund, especially if it has been purchased and it was like 2 years ago, how do they get a refund ot something comperable to it?

Berryone is correct - its a scam. DVD Shrink is an old prog which is no longer updated. Anyone selling it is being dishonest.
