ok, i've been running the latest version fine, then my pc had some issues - it wouldn't allow me to shutdown or restart. I fixed that by going through msconfig and unticking stuff and putting it back on. All the settings are back to where they were. I also removed all .net frameworks and reinstalled 3.5 and 1.1 with the latest service packs. Now i notice DVDshrink runs at 99%. So i uninstalled it. When i reinstall it, the final part of the install fires up the program and it runs at 99% still - setup does not complete. The program will fire up in safe mode but not in normal mode (or diagnostic mode - msconfig). Therefore i can't use it. Any ideas?

[edit] nevermind, i fixed it by deleting all the temp files under my profile.
