Alright so I'm pulling my hair out again, and it's bad enough that I'm balding. I'm running 7 ultimate and for the longest time shrink has been great, but for some reason recently, I can't get it to complete an analysis of a dvd. Also image burn won't rip an image from a dvd either. Now I can't for the life of me figure out what I might have installed recently that may be conflicting with the programs, other than daemon tools, but the programs always worked fine together before, so I'm confident that isn't the problem. I've reinstalled my OS and the same thing. I have two different dvd drives and neither of them will do it, so I'm thinking that it's unlikely that my drives are going bad. My temperature is alright on my cpu, and the only new hardware I have installed was a video card. I'm running out of demons to slay here. Can anyone think of something else I can try?

Ya I just d/l it. The thing is though that it's not just newer dvds. Like I just tried to rip Wayne's world. It did work on the dvd fab though. Guess I'll just have to get to know how to use it now
On another note, I am gonna try to use dvd shrink on an xp virtual machine, just to see if I get the same result. I'll report when I've got something to report.
