dvdfab doesn't recognize

It recognizes everything except the actual movie. If I put it on movie only, it only has one title about 16 minutes long that's not even the movie itself. I have no idea...never had this happen before.

**solved**. what happened was strange. I rented Couples Retreat from Redbox, and didn't realize what it gave me was the "Bonus Disc" with all of the extras and not the movie itself. Never seen that happen before. Anyway, I'm glad it was that and not something on the DVDFab end.
