DVDs from Netflix - Closed due to piracy

I rent DVDs from Netflix and burn them use DVD Shrink to remove the codes and then burn them. I encountered a problems on a few DVDs. I put the DVD into my computer and bring up DVD Shrink, click on open disc and then ok and it looks as if it wants to start the disc but then stops and it won't do anything. I tried it on two computers and even got a replacement disc. Is it possible that some DVD's can't be burned? I even tried DVD Decryptor.
