A few years back I had found a thread on how to speed up DVD Shrink by removing the burning capabilities from your computer and reinstalling them? Does anyone know what I am referring to and can perhaps walk me through this? I had done this and it GREATLY increased my speed of encrypting and burning.

Also having a lot of "redundancy check" errors as well. Clean the disks but errors still resulting. Is there perhaps a new Shrink I should download? I have DVD Shrink 3.2.

No there is no new DVD Shrink nor will there ever be. Check your DMA settings in device manager to speed up things and if the disc is not scratched visibly rip it with DVDfab first.
