FixVTS to process, many don't but only takes a minute (don't know about Vista or W7, maybe compatability mode), DVD Shrink and then burn with ImgBurn. Here's an old guide you can look over: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/334154 All free or CloneDVD by Slysoft (not free-shrinks and burns).

FixVTS works just fine on Vista....I prefer to use vob blanker, after trying it out found it's very simple to use.
