Can anyone tell me why Internet Explorer will not let me download dvd shrink. It says.
To help protect your security, Internet Explorer blooked this site from downloading files to your computer. Why is this happening.

1. Not a DVD Shrink issue
2. IE has blocked downloads for a reason. Probably your security settings and/or the site you're trying to D/L from.
3. Did you try to override by clicking on the yellow bar and selecting "dowload file"?
