Yes it is. You may have to run it in compatibility mode in order for it to run properly.

I've never had any problems. Or have I? Sometimes while ripping with Shrink I do get a blue-screen. In fact this behind MOST of my PC crashes. I'll have to try compatibility mode... but then Shrink works fine most of the time including with files ripped with DVD Fab. So maybe it's a problem with the optical drive. But then it never crashes when I rip with DVD Fab.
