The last few times I used Shrink/Imgburn, the Imgburn did not receive an Iso. Went to my file where Shrink puts the Iso, nothing. Than, when I try a second time, Shrink indicates the file is there and do I want to over ride it. Never in the years I have used this great product has this happened. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It has happened on more than one copy using different movies.

If you are using Windows 7 and saving the ISO to the root directory [c:\], look here:

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore

That's where I found it was leaving them.

Yeah, win 7 places them differently. Under my laptop, if you go to the folder directory of where you supposedly placed the Iso, it doesn't show up. But there is an option or link somewhere near the top of the browser that says something like compatibility files, and that generally will bring it up. It took me a while to figure that out. And that was for stuff like linux iso files.

With DVD Shrink, on my PC (under W7) if you run it as Administrator, it will place the .iso in the root.
