E: Drive is an external drive....
If you are using your own PC Drive, it sould be read D: drive to read. And to burn, it should be read C: Drive

Hope this may help.

Unistal and Instal programs do not gonna help you at all....'cos the Prefetch (Internal Memory) is already preset with the settings you use last on any Program you already download before.
Also the Prefetch help you to make your download fastter since your PC already recognize it from before.

If you want to Instal a 100% a fresh Program you need to clear out your Prefetch for that espesific Program Manually or use a CCleaner Pay version by ticking: Windows: Advanced: Old Prefetch data to errase the Prefetch for you.....then you can reinstal your programs if you may think that may help you, like it was the case of IE-7 interfering with DVD-Shrink long time ago. But I still think, than this is not your solution.
