problems shrinking movie from c drive

Im trying to shrink a movie in c drive to another folder but when i click on video ts I get a message saying "failed to open file" "The system cannot find the file specified" ?? Need to shrink so I can burn it. |Ive done this lots of times before but never had this problem ?? thanks

On Shrink "Re-Author" :

Double Click "Local Disc (C:) > Doubble Click "File Name" > Doubble Click "Video_TS" > Doubble Click "The right Title Angle" > Then go to Compression Settings to choose Your Audio and Subpicture, etc. >.....
