Apologies if this has already been discussed but I couldn't find it...
I'm using DVD Shrink 3.2.0.15 on a Windows 7 (ultimate) machine (32 bit). When I was using Vista, all worked fine, but now that I've upgraded to Win7, none of the "shrinked" DVDs will play in my standalone DVD player. I installed DVD Shrink clean once I upgraded, but just no luck. I've been using a second XP machine to do the burning, but wonder why I'm having trouble with Win7.
I am having somewhat a similar problem. I have Windows 7 Professional, Nero 10 (w/ latest updates). The software analyzes the DVD, copied the files to a folder, but does not give me the option to copy to a blank disc as it does on XP. I have not tried it on my Vista side of my computer since I do not use it very much.
Attar, what do you mean by asking what do you use to burn the disk? I did not have an option in XP Home.
I'm having the same problems with my W7 Home Premium 64 bit only in my case, it used to work fine and suddenly is giving me problems. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing but it's having a hard time reading the disk (though it can tell me what's in the drive at the moment). I'm pretty sure my hardware is fine because other programs work just fine with the drive and DVDs.

My DVD Shrink installed and was working fine with W7 Home Premium 64 bit and suddenly decided to start acting up. Im wondering if its either a MS update or AnyDVD issue. Still looking for solutions myself.
I tried it on my Vista side of my pc with the same Nero 10, but can not even get the Analysis to work. Ihave it working on my XP netbook, but a pain in the but to do it that since the screen is smaller, have to drag out the DVD drive, basically not the best computing experience. Odd how it works for some and not others, but leaning towards a Microsoft update.

I have the same problem using DVD Shrink version you have with my computer that has Windows 7 64 bit OS. I have solved the problem by:
Using DVD Shrink to shrink the contents of a dvd and saving onto the computer's hard drive.
And then, not using DVD Shrink, but the latest version of IMG Burn to burn the saved movie file from the hard drive onto a DVD Disk. An extra step, but end result was achieved.
best, Aaron
