Shrink doesn't see Drives

I no longer have my 2 pioneer DVD-11BK in with my targets. I installed these two drives this morning because I was told the new TY GO3 DVD-R16X were not working because my driver might be too old. When i first installed them they were there as a posible target to choose from for my back-up. But I shortly found I couldn't burn any disc. I kept getting the message device not available,just when the burn process was about to begin. So I deleated both Nero and shrink and downloaded them again. Now I don't see the drives in the target selection at all. Anyone have any ideas?

They did show up in "My Computer" at first , but now they don't . In fact they seem to be totaly dead. There's no LEDs lighting up when I first boot up and no trace of them in "My Computer", I think I killed them. Don't no how, but I'll be checking the power feed conection tomorrow to see if they are still receiving juice. But it doesn't look good....Thanks for you interest.
