When I try to open a disk in Dvd Shrink I get an error that says "Failed to read file: data error (cyclic redundancy check" I got this with Any Dvd running and without. I even tried playing the disk in windows media player, pausing it and the opening it in Shrink and got the same error. I can open some older dvds, but nothing new at all. Trying Transformers and Star Trek now. I have an LG GSA-H10L. Any suggestions? Thanks!

What version of Anydvd you have? and have you tried to rip the movie to your Hardrive first instead of running Anydvd in the back?

Any dvd 6.3.0.3 yes I rt clicked on Any Dvd and tried to rip to hard drive first, it made it to the end then got an any dvd error. I heard the newer any dvd will rip to hd with no problem but this one is paid for so I don't want to pay to upgrade if I don't need to. Can I turn on any dvd, use dvd fab 6 to clone to my hd, then do a full dl burn with image burn? Thanks!

Latest version is 6.6.0.3 so yours is waaay old, also if you are a registered user you are allowed to upgrade, about your other question I don't think you can use anydvd and dvdfab together, rip the movie to hard drive and then access the folder with fab.
