after dvd decrypter when i drop file into dvd shrink its at 25gb very abnormal i can do dl but how did this 7.5 file go to 25

Not surprised at all damn dvd has 95 or 96 fake titles, you need better and newer rippers, like dvdfab and anydvd which are updated regularly to handle newer encryptions.
