I transferred The Dictator first twice with DVDFab and then with DVDShrink. (Due to the multiple title listings, DVDShrink would not show it; after the first DVDFab rip, it would still not show; I had to RE-DVDFab the first-ripped file, again, and after that, THAT file DID show up on DVDShrink, right time length, wrong (double) size at about 7600 MB.) The film came out the right length, but double the density, something like 7600MB. I burned it and the chapters are seemingly on the DVDs twice even though the TIME of the film is right, around 86 minutes. As soon as a chapter finishes, it plays it again, only twice, then it does go onto the next chapter. It's easy enough to forward ahead to the next chapter, so i saw it with minimal annoyance. Have never had this puzzling thing happen before. Any answers/ways to re-rip and correct it so it fits on one DVD and will not have seemingly double chapters? How can it play the right length but at double the MB's in size?
Never had that issue, however it seems like there were two titles of the same length perhaps one was a different camera angle or something,no matter i would select the ripped dvd folder using customize, deselect all titles except the first largest, decide what lang & subs i wanted, then let fab do it's thing then use shrink to select the movie cut the front & end frames & hit backup, then play the movie to check all is ok then burn
footnote: your not the only one this week that has fab not working to well on that movie, personally i have both fab & anyd for ripping, clonedvd to process the dvd titles so when one can't the other usually will

I did; Fab only ripped one file, I forget the title number, but it was the one that played on my DVD player--69 maybe? There is no other angle one. I ripped, it would not show up on dvd shrink, then REripped again with Fab, and THEN it showed up. Right length, wrong size, double. Odd.
I don't have the DVD any more, only the 2-DVD transfer, and that does transfer again any differently with the rip I did. If I get the DVD again I will re-try it--thanks!
