Hi, I don't know if there's a thread for this or not so forgive me if there is one.......I am trying to copy the new Transformers movie and when it loads on my pc it only has 2min listed and nothing on the right hand side of my DVD Fab..............I thought it was the movie so I had them send me another one (which I got today) and it's doing the same thing.........what can I do to fix this please? "Orphan" "Proposal" and all others are copying just fine... Haven't talked to any of my AD friends in awhile so I hope everyone is doing fine.........will check back in a little while to see if anyone can help............Thanks, Mumzee

DVDFab has been updated with a specific upgrade for UP. 6.2.0.5 released on 11/11 is the latest version as of 11/19/2009. So, the free ripper should be working. I have the full version and there's no problems with it. AnyDVD was updated for UP as well. Any software that does movie only should have no problems as long as the user doesn't make any mistakes with the software. The trick to doing most releases is waiting for the decryption/copy protection removal software to be updated for the new releases, patience.

As somebody mentioned, there's a Transformers thread and it went into the whole thing, with some pre-release methods of doing the backup (no longer necessary). DVDFab and Slysoft have the decryption software updated. There should no longer be a problem as long as the software is updated.
