VBA DVD Backup Help Needed - Read Failed because the sector is encrypted?

Hi guys

I'm making my own DVD backup software in VBA so that I can simply select the DVD drive and copy all the files from the DVD drive into a local HDD - However when I send the command to copy the files I get the following error:


"Run-time error '-2147286263 (80030309':

Automation error
Copy Protection Error - The read failed because the sector is encrypted"


Does anyone know how I can work around this? As I am able to browse to the DVD's VIDEO_TS folder in Internet Explorer and copy then out manually without any errors like this.

All and any help appriciated
