Well, I'm finally SKUNKED - HELP PLEASE

I have tried for the best part of 2 days to backup WALL-E.

DVDSmith - straight copy -- tons of errors - 31 chapters
DVD Decryter - 1% and retry - retry - retry/error, error, error, etc.
DVD Shrink - Analysing - goes straight into almost 2 hours

any suggestions

Gone to the links provided but all I can find is the newer V6.

INSTALLED it but all it does is tell me when it sees an error!

How do I find a link to the V4 - that apparently works
