Hello, I've been useing DVD Shrink for years with Windows XP with no problem and then I upgrade to Windows 7 Professional then the problems start. The ISO image should be in C:// but I can't find it. It seems like something easy I'm missing. I've checked Guides with no help. Maybe I'm not configuring Shrink right. If there is a guide I'm missing...... Please help and thanks.

Look in:

C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Local\VirtualStore


You can change the 'Properties' of the .exe file under 'Compatibility' by setting the 'Privilege Level' to 'Run this program as an Administrator'.

I've found with mine, you can find it in the folder you put it in, but you have to go to the top of the browser and click on compatibility files and it should show up. I don't know why it hides ISO files, but that's how I find mine.

Hello Attar, After trying everything else with no luck, I just created a new folder in the C: and it worked fine Thanks for your time and help.
