Wrong file format to burn DVD with Nero????

I'm hoping someone can give me advise. After successfully importing a copywritten DVD movie into Shrink 3.2, when I try to drag it into Nero Express in order to burn a DVD, I am told that it is the wrong type of file to use for a regular DVD player. Sure enough, if I burn the DVD, it will play on my laptop, but will not work in my DVD player (which is what I want). Does anyone have a solution to this problem. Everything was going so well until Nero said "wrong file type". Thanks in advance.

If you're in North America the DVD should be NTSC video.
You can check it by dragging one of the VOB files into GSpot.
