Add Region 1 Code to Dvd Ram?

I want to do the following!

My car has a navigation system that works only with region 1 ram.cfm" class="forum_link" target="_blank">dvd-ram discs (this is what I assume). The car is from the USA. Therefor the region 1 coding on the dvd.

I have software from the car company for European Navigation (I live in Europe). But this has either no region coding or region 2 coding. Either way: the disc will not be read. It is originally a NRG file that I downloaded via the internet (should work with Nero).

I now with to add a region 1 coding to the NRG file, or the files in the NRG file (that I zipped using IsoBuster or something like that) nd then burn it to a double layer dvd.

But.... How do I add a region 1 code?
