Bombono DVD: first release for Windows

Bombono DVD is a DVD authoring program, see http://www.bombono.org

Now Bombono DVD is ready for Windows, too. The main features are:

* Video preview: Timeline and Monitor
* WYSIWYG Menu Editor
* Transcoding, if necessary (from AVI/MKV/MOV/MPEG4...)
* Motion menus
* Subtitles support
* You can author to folder, make ISO-image or burn directly to DVD

It would be nice if you give some feedback about it. :)
