I have an mkv movie file that is 1080p, 10-bit video. I would like to burn this to a dual-layer DVD. I normally use ConvertXtoDVD for this task, but it doesn't work for this file. Video comes out as only a solid green screen.

Is there another DVD converter app that can handle this mkv file or is there a program I should use to convert the original file to something else so ConvertX can work with it?

The support thread at Videohelp is usually responsive.

Thanks again for the responses. But I'm not looking to get into figuring out why the software didn't work. I was just hoping there was a program out there that worked for everybody with this type of file, so I can burn the movie and share it with my family on a stand-alone DVD player.
