Hi been awhile but, I had burned two dvd movies for my neighbor using DVD-R disk and they play well in her DVD player. I did not notice well and really did not care , I bought DVD+R this time and her player says disk error. Now this is using two different soft wares two different times and neither will play. What am i doing wrong? or does the +R make the difference?

The manual should list the media that it accepts.
