I have used convertx 3 & 4 without any probs for a couple of years but now when i convert a movie now, any format, i now get a "menu snaps" file as well as audio and TS file. The problem is when i try to put the TS folder to disc with clonedvd, imgburn or nero it does not reconise it. Where did this "menu snaps" file come from and how do it get convertx back to just audio & TS file, anyone??

I don't use ConvertX, but that "menu snaps" problem has been kicking around forums for a while.
It means the conversion didn't complete (AFAIK the snaps folder is a temporary folder that should be deleted when the conversion ends).
All I can suggest is posting at the VSO forum.
