Making a skate filsm with my friends,just want to make a basic menu and maybe add chapters to it

any software outthere you fine fella's could recommend?

DVD Flick or DVDStyler, both free. DVD Flick would be the easiest and simpler.

Why would anyone want to pay even $5 for a "basic menu and maybe chapters", when for example DVDStyler can do more than just basic?
