DVD Menu Creation Question

I have some DVD's on my hard drive that I have created using convertX.
These DVD's are of episodes of TV shows such as dr who.

I have recently learned how to use custom video and audio in convertX to create an animated menu sequence however with my older COnvertX created files I do not have these aniated menus.

My question is:
Is there a SIMPLE way to edit those already created DVD's and add the animated menu sequence or do I have to start from scratch and do those dvd's again in convertX ?
