Hi, I hope I'm in the right help area here.

I have got an episode of an old TV series (30mins) but the quality is not very good, the clours are washed out and a bit faded. The picture is a bit 'wishy-washey' so to speak. The format is .avi

Is there any software that I can download that will load the .avi file and 'clean it up' ?

thanks

Garry

AviDemux has some filters you can try.
Load/drag the file onto the widow.
Set the left hand menu selections as indicated and click on Video Filters.
When you save the file give it a new name - including the extension, e.g. newfile.avi
