I have been very sucessfull for the past years on backing up my movies..I ran into this problem when i made a backup of my End Game movie and went to watch it the movie was out of order..What im trying to say is the chapters are out of order i also tried it again and also on a different and had the same result.I use my nero and anydvd and dvd shrink for years and yeras nevr rarely coasted a disc until this time.Only thing different is im using windows 7 any clues or help thanks for your time.

Try using FixVTS on the ripped files - before using DVD Shrink.
