TMPenc Authoring Works Question

Hope this is in the right place!

I want to use TMPenc Authoring works yet I am using Windows 7 x64 Ultimate and it does not work on this OS.

So....

Anyone know if this works: Install Virtual PC, Install TMPenc on there on an OS such as Vista or XP then Access the DVD drive that way.

Thoughts? :)
