TMPGEncDVD Author 2 questions

I am new to dvd authoring, just use TMPGEncDVD Author 2, here is two questions: when adding audio file(2-channel stereo PCM wav file) (from demuxed VOB), program prompt with the dialog box:

'The source has changed, and cut-edits and chapter markers will be reset. Do you agree?
Click "No" to import the audio source without resetting the cut-edits and chapter markers.'

Should I select No?

Also, when adding audio stream, there is Audio settings > 'Stream configuration: Audio stream 1 only (Duplicate to audio stream 2 if necessary).' Should I normally use this option?
