Can you help me please - I have a
Nokia 6102i
IMEI - 354829016982740
Carrier - ATT USA

I have already exceeded the number of tries allowed, but when I put a different sim card in, it asks for restriction code. Can this be unlocked by code, or do I need a box?
Thank you very much.

I should add that the phone does not boot up, it starts and goes to white screen saying insert smart chip.
