Could anyone please help me unlock my Nokia 5070? ;p

Make/model phone: NOKIA 5070
IMEI #: 354824 01 513024 3
Country the phone is locked in: Philippines

Most phones you buy in the Philippines are unlocked and you can use any sim card in them.If you took one there that was locked already it probably would only cost you a few pesos to have it done.None of my friends that live there have phones that are locked.Phones are relatively cheap there also.

sorry I'm a bit confused my phone bought in Germany I am a Vietnam and need your help because I do not know where to unlock thanks very much if you help

If bought in Germany what was the service provider the phone was locked to?
T-Mobile?
Vodafone?
Base?
