I have an original Nokia 6085 with my Cincinnati Bell account, but it needs replacing, so I bought new one on the advice (Cincinnati Bell) that any ATT or T-Mobile phone would work. They didn't tell me it would need to be an unlocked phone. ATT told me they didn't have an unlock code for my particular phone (gave them the IME number).

These models can not be unlocked
1110i RH-93,1112,2310,2610,2626,6030 RM-225 & 6061 RH-98, 6085 etc.
To be able to unlock the models listed above you can get the code from your network provider or by taking the phone to a shop / Pro to be unlocked directly.
