Hi,
phone is showing "phone restricted"

i tried nokia unlock code calculator but it's only for the Nokia 3220(RH-37)

IMEI: 355006005897499
carrier : Rogers Canada

i tried 3-4 times already, how do i know is the phone is bricked? i have the data cable for plan b?
