Virgin media - lost channels on Eurovox

Have lost loads of channels on Virgin media using eurovox
Have done power scan, but channels still missing and it's asking for smart card to be inserted.
Any suggestions?

Check out the DVB section on this site and you will find out that you need a new box as the Eurovox's are no longer working due to N3.
