can anybody help me?

i have w300i.
when i start my phone there is 2 option 1)phone mode
2)walkman.
i did not choose any one and press switch off button. phone is switch off. but when i press power on button pone did not show any thing. no starting logo and no option to choose.white screen only. after that phone show only wallpaper and theme but no call option or menu option.

now my phone is only working as incoming. i cannot call any one. i cannot recive any sms.i can take incoming call.

i cannot connect with my computer my computer shows add hadware but driver is already instlled. whatis that i don't know.
so what is problem ?????????
