S5600 Media Player volume very low

Can anyone with good knowledge of the S5600 system menus help me:

I am looking to increase the output volume of my phone, primarily for playing videos through the headphone, but volume controls in general would be good.

Having looked around I know that the audio setup screen is accessed by entering

*#0002*28346#

but once in there I have no idea of what settings effect what outputs on the phone, and am hesitant to mess about with them as I've heard stories of peoples internal speaker and mic resetting to an unusable low volume.

Could someone outline the screens that are accessible from this command, and what settings refer to what aspects of volume control on the phone.

I'm on the 3 network in Ireland if it makes any difference.
