Samsung J600 green screen on videos

hi everyone,

I have just encoded a music video with AnyVideoConverter (which is a good programme) from .flv to .Mp4 which is the required format for Samsung Suite Studio 3.

The transference to my Samsung J600 phone went well but upon playing back the video on my phone, there about half a second of picture then the rest plays as a green screen with sound only.

Has anyone else had this problem and how can I resolve it?
