I got sent this image and it won't open in Photoshop. It says, "marker segment length is too short (may be truncated or incomplete. What does tha mean? Does anybody work in Photoshop who would know? Thanks

Maybe the image is not supported or corrupted.

What is the file extension? (What kind of image is it?)

moved to correct forum as not a nero issue. the image file is probably bad so see if can get another replacement file.

It is a Cub Scout image. I am trying to help my stepson put together a web hosting site that is available to his troop to upload images, calendar of events, directions, scout logos and rules, etc.,

Unfortunately, that provides very little useful information.

See if you can get another copy of the image and try again with something other than photoshop.
