Hello, I am a newbie & while I am on vacation I wanted to edit my short videos into a more cohesive format. I have moviemaker and started the program but it does not support .mov extensions. I tried one converter but it left a message in a watermark on my videos...I am open to any and all suggestions. I thought this would be easy.

Avidemux supports .mov format input.
Depending on the content, you may have to change the left side output video and audio menu from 'Copy' to something as shown here.
Note that when you save the output, you must give the file a new name that includes the extension;e.g. newfile.avi
