Hi everyone, I didn't know hwere else to go, so i decided to come here =]

I found this video on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ukevf6MWKxY and i was wondering if anyone knew the command they used at 1:56 to make the eye bigger?

Just be careful, because you'll essentially be "ripping" the image, so I suggest you duplicate your image before using this.
