Photo program to put people from one picture into another?

I would like to know if there is a photo program out there that would allow me to put people from one photo into another photo. A kind of drag and drop or something else, simple like that.
Can anyone help?

photo shop works pretty well, but only if you know what your doing, i could help you

it comes standard on mac computer but its by adobe

GIMP is similar as Photoshop but its free.

But with those programs, you need a lot of skills or a lot of experience to do what you want to do, unless you don't mind that the copy/paste remains easily visible.

well what i think you want to create Effects on you photos isn't it, you can do this through many sites i have visited one you can also check that..
