I need a dSLR camera with these features:

10 mega-pixels
x16 optical zoom (approx.)
HD video (720p) with resolution size 1280x720 pixels
price: $600.

I like the Nikon D90 but I don't need that high quality camera. Something with lower quality and a lower price (at around $600) but still with good video.
