Can't play PSP games on memory stick

Can anyone please tell me what should i do to play memory stick games on my PSP.I copy the ISO files in the PSP but it don't show the gmaes?????

reformat your stick, then load the iso in the iso folder.

what firmware you on? have you set up the vsh menu by pressing select? have you extracted the files using winrar
