Cant exit game on psp-I can not toggle between yes and no

I have a PSP 1003 fat, CFW 5.50 GEN D3. When I try to exit either a UMD or ISO game, I can not toggle between yes and no. Does anybody know why this might be? Thanks

your left T-PAD is most likely bad? i have one machine that does alot of crazy stuff like that.i have wondered if the nand needs to be dumped. i have tried to downgrade to 1.5 and start over with the flashing, but it gets about half through the downgrade and crashes. could be a simple issue, i have wondered if the onboard battery may be bad. i am out of idea's.
