Hey, I'm back for a big post! I am going to help with a lot of common problems by making this thread! Contents will come later! Also if you are a admin and you think this looks helpfull can you make it a sticky?! anyway, try not to reply to this post but instead PM me.

==Things to know
root = The top most folder of something, for example on a PSP memory stick it is where PSP and ISO and MP_ROOT are.
ms0 = This is the techincal name for the PSP memory stick, there is also umd0: ram: flash0 etc.
XMB = XMB is the Cross Media Bar, or the home menu where Game and Music and Photo icons are.

==Contents
Soon!

==Recovery menu Explained
If you know anything about Custom Firmware then you will know of the recovery menu. The Recovery Menu is a menu for if you accidentally brick your PSP you can use it to recover it! It also has some settings that can help with performance on Custom Firmware. Some of these options may be different on different fimwares and consoles

Here are the Options and there meaning.

Toggle USB -- Used to connect a PSP to PC via USB
Skip Sony Computer Logo -- When you turn on your PSP and it goes DUNANUNANEEEH that is the SCE logo, and when this option is enabled it skips that and goes straight to the XMB
Hide corrupt icons -- this for old homebrew that was made for firmware 1.50 that used 2 folders, GAMENAME and GAMENAME% and resulted in a Corrupted data icon in the Game folder, and basically this removes that icon.
Game Folder Homebrew -- This is to help some homebrew load by using the GAMEXXX and GAME150 Folders.
Autorun program at... -- Doesnt work on most firmwares, its pretty much self explanitory
UMD Mode -- This is used when loading ISO's to use different methods of Hooking the ISO and make the PSP think its running a UMD when its really running an ISO
Fake Region -- Basically used to change the region of your console manually to use different region applications
Use VSH menu -- VSH Menu is that little menu that appears when select is pressed at the XMB, you can turn it on or off
XMB Usb Device -- When you goto USB mode on the XMB you will notice that the memory stick appears on your computer, you can actually overwrite it to make the flashes or the UMD appear on the PC!
Charge Battery when USB... -- When a USB Cable is plugged in, should the PSP charge?
Use M33 network update -- Not yet implemented
Hide PIC0 and PIC1... -- When you goto a game on the XMB it shows a little picture and a background and sometimes text, this will make the background and the text dissapear!
Use version.txt -- This is a file in the flash, and you can mod it to make games and stuff to think you have a different firmware than what you have
Hide MAC address... -- When you goto System Information it shows your MAC address which if you record videos than people may steal the MAC and etc. etc. etc.
Use Slim Colors -- This is on the PHAT 100X models that allows the use of the Slims extra colors, but there have been many graphical glitches with this.
Speed up MS -- This is for that from firmware 3.71 or newer then the FAT format caused slower reading times, but it can be bypassed!

Run program at ... -- This will allow the user to run a recovery program to help with recovering a bricked PSP, I would use Hellcats Recovery Flasher
Plain modules in UMD/ISO -- for running unnasigned code from within an ISO/UMD, complex to explain
Execute Boot.bin ... -- Another developers tool ;)
XMB, GAME, POPS plugins -- Whether or not to use plugins.

Toggle flash0~3 -- Access the flash's from a PC.
Make Pandora -- Make a pandora battery!
Make Normal -- Make a normal battery!
Format flash1 and... -- An advanced term to 'Restore Factory Settings'
Speed in XMB/GAME -- The clock speed of your PSP on the XMB or the game. Can be dangerous!
Button Assign -- Like in Japan you may set it to be O as accept and X as return/back!
Activate WMA/Flash -- Rather than having to go online to activate these two settings you can just use the recovery menu

DONE! Plus im not sure about older firmwares on all the settings, but I think that is!

==Loading Game Problems
If you are having any problems loading games, most likely your problem is listed here! if it isnt PM me the problem, I will try to fix and post here!

--PSP ISO's dont appear
Ok well if you have put some games on the Memory stick and you cant get them to appear in PSP-->GAME-->Memory Stick then it is most likely one of these two problems.

1) You haven't made a GAME folder, you will need to make the GAME folder by loading the PSP into USB mode, then goto the PSP folder (or create if not there) then make a folder called GAME

2) The PSP memory stick needs formating, backup all data using a Computer, then navigate on the XMB to Settings, then down to System Settings, and then Select 'Format Memory Stick'

If you try this and it still doesnt work contact me.

--Cant run newer games!
Newer games use a different module that ALL custom firmwares dont support. You will need a 6XX re-enabler! it will allow the modules to be decrypted and automatically patched! from an older post of mine:

You will need to use torky's m33_620 plugin, download it here and then create a folder on the memory stick root (where the PSP and ISO folders are) and call it seplugins, then move m33_620.prx and the other .prx (can't remember the name) to the seplugins folder.

then make a text file, and call it 'game' then edit it and copy this:

ms0:/seplugins/m33_620.prx 0

Now shutdown the PSP completely (by holding until its off) then turn on while holding 'R' then goto Plugins, and select m33_620.prx and turn it to enabled.

Ok im taking a break 'cuz my battery is nearly dead :z need a newer laptop :D

exit the menu and it should work!

To the point:
--PSP ISO's dont appear
I would add
3) You are not on custom firmware.
or
3) You are still on official firmware.

Great work.

Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.
